There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there's no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that's the kind of work we want to be part of. The Digital Commerce organization at Lonza's Capsule & Health Ingredients (CHI) is driving a digital transformation and is seeking a highly skilled Digital Scientific Project Manager with expertise in product formulation or business development to own the creation of digital products for capsule and ingredient solutions. This role is remote; however, our ideal candidate will be located on the East coast. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for running the scientific and content aspects of key digital products, ensuring it aligns with both customer needs and business objectives. You will demonstrate your knowledge of formulation science or pharmaceutical experience to guide the creation of accurate, scientifically validated content for the digital products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will supervise the integration of the right product information, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. This position requires a blend of scientific expertise and project management skills, as you'll coordinate across departments to bring together formulation data, customer requirements, and market trends. You'll help craft the content and structure of the digital products, ensuring it delivers reliable, scientifically sound, and tailored solutions for customers. Your ability to handle timelines, resources, and collaborator expectations will be key to ensuring the successful launch and continuous improvement of this meaningful tool. This role is ideal for a scientist, business development professional, or pharmacist with strong project management abilities, passionate about bridging scientific formulation with business-driven solutions.
