We are looking for a Digital Sales & Strategy Intern to join our Business Development team this summer! This intern will have a direct impact on growth strategy, giving you hands-on experience in sales enablement, market research, and digital outreach. You'll work with cross-functional teams to test, refine, and scale digital sales strategies that resonate with payer partners and support business growth. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

Requirements

  • Rising juniors or seniors in an undergraduate program or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
  • Strong analytical, research-driven mindset with an interest in digital sales and marketing strategies.
  • Passion for testing, iterating, and optimizing outreach to maximize engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Outreach is a plus!).
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Interest in behavioral health, digital health, or payer strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize digital outreach campaigns to engage payer partners, drive pipeline growth, and refine messaging based on market response.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling sales materials leveraging customer analytics and market insights.
  • Contribute to project planning and strategy sessions focused on improving sales and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Help prepare presentations and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to inform business development efforts.
