About The Position

This exciting position is to support, manage and grow digital sales within Capital Electric. Your day-to-day will involve strategizing with clients across the diverse landscape from Northern Virginia to Pennsylvania, with a focus on achieving ambitious goals and shaping the future of the territory. With digital platform training included, we're seeking a candidate whose energy, creativity, and leadership instincts will take our team to the next level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Sales/Marketing background
  • Eager to master new software and technology.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and a proven ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, with attention to fine detail
  • Results driven, self-starter and metrics focused with customer satisfaction a priority
  • Familiarity with common B2B functions (e.g., electronic catalog management, invoicing, inventory management).

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan for and drive sales across all mediums of our existing digital platforms (including: web sales, mobile, System to System, EDI and proprietary solutions).
  • Work closely with sales associates and leadership to identify customer needs and provide digital solutions based on those needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on developing high-performing banner ads, landing pages, digital promotions, and video content.
  • Assist in driving incremental sales via digital platforms by working with the marketing team on quarterly promotions.
