This exciting position is to support, manage and grow digital sales within Capital Electric. Your day-to-day will involve strategizing with clients across the diverse landscape from Northern Virginia to Pennsylvania, with a focus on achieving ambitious goals and shaping the future of the territory. With digital platform training included, we're seeking a candidate whose energy, creativity, and leadership instincts will take our team to the next level.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Sales/Marketing background
Eager to master new software and technology.
1-3 years of experience in customer service and a proven ability to build strong business relationships.
Excellent written & verbal communication, with attention to fine detail
Results driven, self-starter and metrics focused with customer satisfaction a priority
Familiarity with common B2B functions (e.g., electronic catalog management, invoicing, inventory management).

Responsibilities

Strategically plan for and drive sales across all mediums of our existing digital platforms (including: web sales, mobile, System to System, EDI and proprietary solutions).
Work closely with sales associates and leadership to identify customer needs and provide digital solutions based on those needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team on developing high-performing banner ads, landing pages, digital promotions, and video content.
Assist in driving incremental sales via digital platforms by working with the marketing team on quarterly promotions.
