Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
  • Proven success in digital sales or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong background in CRM systems, digital marketing, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, and digital campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across multiple geographies.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of digital sales representatives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive talent development through structured training, career progression planning, and performance management.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies across web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Align sales initiatives with corporate objectives and market trends to maximize growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Deliver consultative solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring exceptional digital experiences.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Utilize analytics to refine sales processes, forecast trends, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to create integrated campaigns and optimize digital touchpoints.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives and adoption of new technologies.
