In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, managing the Fox 5 New York local sales team, and leading streaming sales strategy in one of the most competitive and opportunity-rich markets in the country. Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across the New York market, with a focus on FLX, Tubi, and our expanding digital portfolio.
  • Use market research, category analysis, and data tools to uncover emerging advertiser segments and white space opportunities.
  • Develop innovative, insight-led proposals that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Represent our platforms as solutions—not just products—emphasizing performance, scale, and cross-platform reach.
  • Manage Fox 5 New York Sales Team: Lead, inspire, and support the Fox 5 New York local sales team in planning, executing, and optimizing streaming sales efforts.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, development, and performance management to strengthen team skills in digital sales, consultative selling, and solution-based approaches.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for team members while fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Craft and execute sales strategies tailored to the evolving needs of the New York advertising market.
  • Integrate insights from first-party and third-party data sources to identify client challenges and position our platforms—especially FLX and Tubi—as the answer.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, research, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and scalability.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with agencies and direct clients through ongoing dialogue and strategic consultation.
  • Translate client goals into high-impact media plans leveraging FLX and Tubi's advanced targeting and measurement capabilities.
  • Serve as a thought partner to clients by bringing proactive insights, performance recaps, and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and platform data to fine-tune strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership on sales pipeline, closed revenue, product performance, and growth trends.
  • Identify process improvements and champion tools that enhance efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and team productivity.
