This role will manage Waterbury, CT, is hybrid (4 days a week in office) and you will need to be able to commute to the Meriden, CT office.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership Experience - Prior experience managing and partnering with digital sales teams, coaching sales professionals, and achieving aggressive revenue goals.
  • Strong Digital Marketing Expertise - Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, reputation management, and mobile optimization.
  • Results-Driven Mindset - Passion for business development and revenue growth, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical - Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), digital ad technology, and sales performance tools.
  • Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills - Ability to inspire teams, engage clients, and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent experience in advertising, marketing, or business.
