Drive growth in one of Autouncle’s most strategic expansion markets. The Italian dealership landscape is evolving rapidly. Digitalisation, increasing competition, and margin pressure are forcing dealership groups to rethink how they generate demand, price inventory, and protect profitability. That’s where this role comes in. At Autouncle, we help professional car dealers transition toward a more digital, data-driven commercial model, with profitability at the center. We enable dealers to attract and convert more qualified demand through their own digital channels, often significantly increasing high-quality leads from their websites. The result is measurable: lower cost per lead, faster stock turnover, and improved margins. Italy represents significant growth potential for us. The next chapter is about scaling our impact with focus, structure, and strong commercial execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or similar digital solution sales
  • Full-cycle sales ownership with quota responsibility
  • Structured pipeline management and CRM discipline
  • Strong commercial drive and accountability
  • Native-level Italian and professional English skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to automotive dealerships or within the automotive industry is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Driving new B2B SaaS sales within the Italian dealership market
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Conducting structured, value-based product demonstrations
  • Building long-term partnerships with dealership decision-makers
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Customer Success
  • Contributing to local revenue targets and market growth strategy
