As a Digital Sales Consultant in the Outbound team at Intuit, you will be joining one of the fastest-growing business units focused on Mid-Market Sales. This role is not just about selling; it’s about understanding and solving customer problems. You will be part of a team that prioritizes customer success and invests in innovative solutions to enhance their financial well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that help them thrive. You will work closely with Sales Development Consultants and Sales Engineers to conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver technical demonstrations that advance the sales process. Additionally, you will collaborate with Customer Relationship Managers to ensure customers continue to grow post-sale. In this position, you will engage with qualified customers who have between 10 to 100 employees, conducting needs assessments to identify their current challenges and potential solutions. Your role will involve facilitating sales by connecting customers with Intuit’s suite of products, ensuring they are well-informed about industry trends and how Intuit can support their transition to cloud and SaaS models. You will be expected to build strong relationships with customers, leveraging effective communication skills to educate them on product offerings and guide them through the sales funnel.
