  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals in the software/IT space with speed and precision.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture new business opportunities through various sales strategies, including social selling, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and execute value-based selling approaches to showcase the ROI of our solutions.
  • Effectively manage and track sales activities using Salesforce CRM, ensuring you maintain momentum and energy throughout the sales process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge and keep your sales strategy agile.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Up to 3 years in sales closing role or experience in a consultative sales and/or Degree/Certification from a University Sales program.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas and create compelling sales narratives.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of hardware/software, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Value Selling Expertise: Experience leveraging value-based sales methodologies and innovative digital sales approaches.
  • Salesforce CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing leads, pipeline, and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Social Selling Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools.
  • Negotiation & Objection Handling: Ability to effectively negotiate with high-level executives and address objections throughout the sales cycle.
