Seeking a Digital, Robotics and Enabling Technologies Lead in Deliver Business Unit Operations to support and transition innovative new platforms and go to market models into sustainable end-to-end operating processes within the Electrophysiology and Surgery businesses. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 4 years of related work experience is required, with at least 3 years of experience across Supply Chain, Operations or Commercial
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes with a strategic, integrated mindset
  • Demonstrated capacity to articulate a clear vision, drive change, and foster alignment within a complex, matrixed environment with evolving business priorities
  • Demonstrated capability in roles requiring orchestration, stakeholder management, and influencing at varying organizational levels
  • Drive a customer-first mindset to build strong partnerships and effectively influence outcomes
  • Ability to successfully manage complex projects and deliver against business objectives
  • Knowledge of SOX, and GxP compliance requirement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with technical competence
  • English Fluency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting digital/robotics and services supply chains
  • Prior experience working in partnership with Commercial, Commercial Operations, Service, Customer Service, Distribution, and transportation is preferred
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma or Process Excellence methodologies
  • Project management experience and certification such as FPX
  • Experience in USROTC (SAP) processes and procedures preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate NPIs and Marketing/Commercial strategies in the Digital/Robotics space into executable, scalable, and sustainable end-to-end Deliver processes
  • Lead alignment on Go-to-Market model planning and definition in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and escalate new and unique model requirements to Deliver teams and ensure integration with systems capabilities and current state processes
  • Provide analytical insights to ensure Digital/Robotics considerations are incorporated into regional strategic and business planning, as well as key projects
  • Lead in execution of improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiencies, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Deliver, Supply Chain, Service, Finance, Commercial) to ensure alignment and engagement
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools for Deliver Digital/Robotics initiatives. Prepare summaries and reports for stakeholder forums to communicate milestones, risks/issues, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead change management and communications related to process improvements, break/fix solutions, and approved system enhancements
  • Leverage technical and analytical skills to interpret complex data, develop clear narratives, and influence strategies and decision-making through actionable insights
