We are seeking a Digital R&D Change Management Lead to drive organization-wide change capabilities and ensure the successful adoption of strategic transformations across R&D and Digital R&D. This role will be responsible for managing change, fostering stakeholder engagement, and delivering clear, impactful communications to ensure seamless integration of new digital products, technologies and processes. The lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D objectives with organizational goals, minimize resistance, and maximize employee buy-in. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in organizational change, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement within a complex, global environment. You will partner with global leaders, transformation teams, and R&D change champions to design and implement change strategies that minimize disruption, accelerate adoption, and build long-term change resilience.
