Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in capacity planning, operations, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial engineering, or Operations Management.

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years’ experience in capacity planning, operations, and project management.
• Master’s Degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with internal and external process partners during the proposal development phase to deliver an optimized implementation plan across the portfolio of new DRS customers to maximize net new revenue.
• Finalize the customer deployment plan during the negotiation phase.
• Partner with the DRS Implementation manager to understand project management capacity and assignment for large estate customers.
• Develop connectivity among multiple installers to maximize yield relative to the available capacity across their respective markets.
• Support the monthly DRS S&OP and Forecasting Outlook for the purpose of meeting financial targets.
• Utilize Brinks internal systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI among other tools to track project status.
• Foster a positive environment where co-workers are encouraged to seek guidance, provide feedback and participate in the Brinks DRS Strategy Deployment Initiatives.
