The Renewal Representative proactively addresses customer needs, identifies churn risks and renewal blockers, and ensures strong customer satisfaction outcomes. They leverage CRM systems, data analysis, and workflow automation to drive efficiency and predictable renewal execution. This role is Monday to Friday with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week.
