Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience leading technical sales organizations and channel teams.
  • Proven track record achieving significant revenue growth across territories or key accounts
  • Background working with distributors, OEMs, and enterprise technology customers.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductors, MCUs/MPUs, analog, power, and connectivity technologies.
  • Skilled in relationship development, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales and technical professionals across a multi‑state region.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies with key distribution partners.
  • Drive demand creation and fulfillment across a broad portfolio of microcontrollers, analog, power, and connectivity solutions.
  • Build strong executive‑level customer relationships to expand product engagement.
  • Analyze POS data, competitive activity, and sell‑through performance to guide channel decisions.
  • Lead co‑marketing initiatives and product training efforts with partner sales teams.
  • Support negotiation of supply, pricing and long‑term agreements with strategic accounts
  • Ensure consistent reporting and communication to senior leadership.
