About The Position

The Analyst, Digital Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the functionality and usability of digital products through comprehensive testing strategies. This role involves developing and executing test plans, conducting manual and automated testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. The position emphasizes the importance of automation in testing processes and requires a strong understanding of various testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5+ years in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation.
• Experience with a testing automation tool, Playwright a plus.
• Experience in Jira or other project management tools.
• GitLab experience is nice to have.
• Mobile app testing experience.
• Understanding of .Net, HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and reporting best practices.
• Familiarity with PCI Compliance best practices.
• Understanding of ADA compliance WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Knowledge of Sitecore / Adobe products.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GitLab.
• Mobile app testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing test plans based on project requirements.
• Conduct manual testing of digital products, including websites and applications, to ensure functionality and usability.
• Design and implement robust automated test frameworks for web applications, APIs, and services.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Define automation strategy to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct thorough testing of APIs and integrations to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
• Utilize tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar for testing and validating APIs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid feedback and deployment cycles.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and ensure testing is comprehensive.
