About The Position

As a Digital Project Manager at Ramsey Solutions, you will be a process hacker from diverse backgrounds who values people over process and delivers life-changing event experiences with excellence. Your role will involve equipping teams to work effectively and efficiently, ensuring that all team members at Ramsey Solutions can take pride in their work. You will collaborate with your team to clear blockers, prioritize work, and lead ongoing exercises to understand and improve workflows. You will also interpret data from JIRA to identify workflow problems and guide your peers towards the next right action by facilitating discussions and asking insightful questions. Additionally, you will educate the team on Kanban best practices and set personal growth goals with your leader to advance your project management career.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a project management role or equivalent experience.
• Great interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Flexibility and comfort with frequent change.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Conflict management and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mentality.
• Ability to influence without authority and coach peers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to clear blockers and stay focused.
