  • Provide project management for digital transformation projects supporting Trystar's strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather and document customer requirements for clear project objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to create detailed project plans, defining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Anticipate and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and performance while monitoring risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and manage project capital and expense budgets.
  • Measure project performance using KPIs that support Trystar's strategic objectives.
  • Provide timely communication to stakeholders, including project review and update presentations.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain organized workflow documentation.
  • Lead, mentor, train, motivate, and celebrate team performance.
  • Exhibit confident project management skills to set team expectations and balance workloads effectively.
  • Manage several projects in parallel and demonstrate effective relationship-building skills.
  • Provide guidance regarding future project planning and execution.
  • Utilize data-driven problem-solving techniques to drive timely decisions.
  • Foster an environment that embraces experimentation and iteration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong ability to drive results and meet deadlines by enforcing accountability among vendors and project resources.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects encompassing CRM, ERP, AI, Automation, and other critical business systems.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ability to complete full life cycle projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in team building and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Agile.
