Requirements

University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years
Project management expertise including CORE or equivalent certifications (like Six Sigma or Change Management)
Strong knowledge of SAP and prior implementation experience
Experience with multiple project methodologies, including waterfall and agile
Ability to travel approximately 25% - 40%

Responsibilities

Project planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive project management plan
Track project progress, including task completion and milestone achievement
Manage resource allocation and optimize utilization throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct proactive risk management and monitor potential risks
Oversee additional projects in support of the process and systems transformation program
Communicate expectations clearly to project team members and instill accountability
Resolve conflicts and motivate teams towards common goals
Manage multiple projects and tasks using effective organization and prioritization
