Requirements

• Must have patience and a keen interest in making things work better
• A safety focused mindset
• Ability to understand and learn how the equipment operates
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to move 40 lbs or more frequently
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows, Excel, email, and a web browser
• Must be able to read and use a tape measure
• Must be able to use box cutters and other cutting devices to make precision cuts by hand
• Basic understanding of color theory and able to pass color vision test
• Able to communicate clear instructions via email or notes for the next shift

Nice To Haves

• High school or equivalent education (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Work alone or as part of a small team depending on the project
• Operate and maintain large format digital printers
• Operate cutting equipment
• Operate roll and liquid laminators
• Finish/assemble orders as needed
• Check orders for quality and consistency
• Ship orders when complete
