Digital Production Artist
About The Position
In this role you are critical in contributing to the success of the Creative Production team as a Digital Production Artist. You are a team player able to work collaboratively with Creative Production team members, eCommerce and other cross functional partners to deliver high-quality photography assets to help drive site conversion and meet business objectives. As a Digital Production Artist, you will be charged with file prep and optimization of photography files within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you are passionate about producing high caliber work that delivers against Pottery Barn’s photography standards down to the smallest detail.
Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience working on a digital asset production team for an eCommerce brand
- You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Exel; Fluency in Adobe XD and Invision a plus
- You possess outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- You adapt to changing timelines and deliverables.
- This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office
Responsibilities
- Prep, optimize, organize, upload high-volume product assets.
- Manage asset configuration and page builds within internal content management system.
- Conduct QA testing on an ongoing basis and for seasonal launches.
- Monitor website and resolve issues.
- Anticipate workload challenges. Maintain communication with digital partners ensuring timely file deliveries.
