About The Position

The Digital Product Team Lead will lead the UX Consulting team in Bengaluru, India, providing on-demand UX and UI support to cross-functional partners across the company. This role is responsible for triaging incoming design requests, defining scope, delegating work, and ensuring high-quality, impactful design solutions. The Team Lead will work closely with global stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences that support business objectives and enhance patient and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong focus on digital experiences.
  • Proven experience leading and managing design teams.
  • Experience delivering UX/UI solutions across multiple digital platforms and products.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrates visual and experience design across multiple projects and mediums.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and passion for innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate conflict constructively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design (Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field). Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of UX and digital product designers to deliver high-quality digital solutions that unify form and function.
  • Own intake and triage of UX design requests from business partners, defining scope, priorities, and timelines.
  • Delegate tasks effectively while balancing team capacity and ensuring timely delivery of work.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, clearly communicating design rationale, managing expectations, and translating feedback into actionable direction.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to support team growth and professional development.
  • Ensure adherence to our design standards while encouraging creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on UX trends, emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices to evolve the design practice.
  • Demonstrate strong executive accountability, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize resources to deliver results efficiently.
