About the position

The Digital Product Specialist is primarily responsible for the daily processes relating to Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Payments and Zelle. This role will provide support for all day-to-day operations related to digital banking services for banking clients. The Digital Product Specialist will monitoring of the behavioral analytics daily against unauthorized access to Internet Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Process internet banking, mobile banking, bill pay, Zelle, and other related tickets. This duty is performed daily, about 70% of the time.
  • Research customer issues pertaining to online channels and work directly with the branch or customer to resolve. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.
  • Prepare and provide to Management daily metrics of service performance. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
  • Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed as needed.
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This duty is performed daily.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.
  • 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to use common sense understanding in order to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few known variables in situations of a routine nature.
