About The Position

As a Digital Product Senior Manager, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of complex digital analytical tools that empower our sales, product, and client ‑ facing teams. Operating at the intersection of business, data, and technology, you will design and scale solutions that deliver meaningful impact across a global asset‑management organization. You will also lead and inspire a cross‑functional delivery team, including direct management of product associates. You will own end ‑ to ‑ end product delivery: market and customer research, vision and business case development, roadmap prioritization, and close partnership with engineering throughout the SDLC, while building an operating model that enables continuous improvement and measurable ROI. Your work will span deep collaboration across the sales, product, technology, data, operations, and global client teams. You will build, motivate, and inspire direct and matrixed teams to deliver high ‑ quality solutions grounded in analytical rigor and user insight. Success requires a rare blend of financial ‑ markets expertise , proven digital delivery leadership across the full SDLC, and the ability to elevate teams in a complex environment. Requirements

  • You have built and scaled a portfolio of digital products in wealth/FinTech, applying strong financial acumen to deliver measurable client and commercial outcomes.
  • You have strong financial markets expertise , supported by proven experience applying financial concepts in digital products.
  • You have influenced senior leaders and cross ‑ functional stakeholders to align on product vision, strategic priorities, and funding for capability investments.
  • You have led full ‑ lifecycle delivery of complex, data ‑ driven applications, translating insights into roadmaps and guiding teams through discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration to achieve product ‑ market fit.
  • You have partnered seamlessly with engineering, design, data, and operations teams
  • You have demonstrated effective team leadership, developing associates, raising the bar for execution, and fostering a strong, collaborative team environment.
