  • Own and manage the product backlog by defining, prioritizing, and refining epics, features, and user stories aligned with product strategy and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and define clear acceptance criteria.
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure development readiness.
  • Partner with product managers to contribute to product roadmaps, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Use data to inform decisions by defining success metrics, analyzing performance, running experiments such as A/B tests, and iterating based on insights.
  • Work closely with product design and UX teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Coordinate with technology teams and the project management office to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and make trade-off decisions within sprints.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, prepare release notes, and validate delivered value against desired outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and quality standards across all product deliverables.
  • 5 or more years of experience as a digital product owner or product manager in an agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong expertise in backlog management, user story writing, prioritization, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Proficiency with software development lifecycle tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and product planning tools like Aha or Notion.
  • Familiarity with wireframing and diagramming tools such as Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  • Solid understanding of API-driven products, basic SQL concepts, and the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
  • Experience with web analytics, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban; Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus.
  • Salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Competitive total rewards package with 401k and employer matching.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits, with employer-funded support toward deductibles.
  • Generous paid time off including holidays, sick days, vacation, and a year-end closure period.
  • Professional development reimbursement and long-term renewal leave after extended service.
  • Fully remote work within the United States, with limited travel of approximately 5 percent.
