About The Position

AssuranceAmerica is simplifying the non-standard auto insurance experience for agents and policyholders. We serve thousands of drivers across the country who have been underserved or overlooked by traditional insurance markets, delivering affordable coverage through a network of independent agents on a platform built for speed and simplicity. At our core, we believe insurance is about protecting people and we're committed to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve through a culture of generosity and giving back. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and isn't afraid to dig in and get things done. If you're passionate about making an impact, this is the team for you. Are you a UX/UI Designer who thinks like a product owner? At AssuranceAmerica, we're looking for someone who wants end-to-end ownership of the products they design, from strategy all the way to launch. You need to be a strategic thinker, a user advocate, a strong UI designer, and a data-driven decision maker all rolled into one. You will own the vision and roadmap for our direct-to-consumer website and quote-and-bind funnel, translating business objectives into seamless digital experiences. You will champion the voice of the customer at every stage, gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and turning complex problems into intuitive solutions. From wireframes and journey maps to backlog management and KPI reporting, you'll be hands-on across the full product lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
