About The Position

The Digital Product Operations, Sr Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Cambia's Digital Squads. This position focuses on developing and implementing processes, tools, and metrics that streamline operations within the healthcare sector. The role requires collaboration across various teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Data Analytics, to foster a high-performing organization that prioritizes member health journeys.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Digital Product Operations.
• Certification in SAFe is required.
• Preferred additional certification in LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI, or GE CAP.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing a program and delivering quantifiable results.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
• Experience managing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, resource planning, and budgeting/forecasting.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with product development tools and the Atlassian suite of products.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or similar.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement, end-to-end business automation projects, or change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes that support the product development lifecycle, including intake, planning, prioritization, and launch.
• Leverage SAFe/Agile expertise and stakeholder input to identify areas for operational improvements and implement changes that increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Establish, implement, and coach to standard work for key roles across Digital Squads, including Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Lead Engineer.
• Serve as Release Train Engineer for the Member Experience ART.
• Drive improvements through the use of a consistent set of key metrics, collaborating with Digital Analytics to develop data visualization and reporting tools.
