As a Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you'll be contributing towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products ensuring they meet the needs of the customers and align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen.   • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital observability and monitoring products, ensuring alignment with engineering and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements focused on end-to-end observability practices covering log analytics, metrics, traces for application, infra, database and network monitoring.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of observability and event notification platforms to enhance system reliability and performance insights.
  • Analyze user feedback and telemetry data to prioritize features that improve troubleshooting workflows and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
  • Stay current with industry trends in observability, SRE practices, and monitoring technologies to inform product innovation and differentiation.
  • Education: 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.
  • Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred.
  • Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred.
  • 3+ years of product management experience for Senior Consultant II level.
  • 5+ years of product management experience for Lead level.
  • 7+ years of product management experience for Expert level.
  • Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
