As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based within the PNC footprint. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior on the Mobile team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class experience for the PNC Mobile app. This role will include two key product management focused responsibilities: Leading the strategy and execution of PNC's digital mobile app, as well as supporting existing cards experiences. Identifying opportunities to improve PNC's mobile app and work with product and engineering teams to deliver from inception through launch.

Requirements

  • A strong product management background with several successful examples of carrying an idea through the product management lifecycle from beginning to end.
  • Experience working with an agile team including engineering and design as a product owner.
  • Critical thinker who is detail oriented and analytical.
  • Passionate about delivering quality customer experience and getting things done.
  • Strong leadership and ability to take initiative and move projects forward in uncertain situations.
  • Experience with Jira and Figma.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with launching a Bank and/or Fintech's Mobile App.
  • Digital product management experience.
  • Experience with managing high performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the strategy and execution of PNC's digital mobile app.
  • Supporting existing cards experiences.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve PNC's mobile app.
  • Working with product and engineering teams to deliver from inception through launch.
  • Collaborating with internal organizations across the enterprise to drive change and create world-class experiences in the mobile app.
  • Participating in product-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
