Responsibilities

  • Define Vision, Goals, and Strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop goals, strategies, and roadmaps for digital experiences
  • Ensure alignment with organizational priorities
  • Identify underserved user needs through qualitative research and quantitative analyses
  • Create financial models to size and scope new opportunities
  • Prioritize a backlog of impactful problems to solve for product development and delivery teams
  • Conduct market research to identify gaps and trends
  • Research and benchmark competitors to outperform them
  • Define, monitor, and improve success metrics
  • Develop business cases to measure the expected versus actual value realized from digital initiatives
  • Measure and improve the ROI of the digital program
  • Work with multidisciplinary partners to launch new digitally enabled offerings
  • Conduct research and planning to ensure a successful launch, product-market fit, and growth
  • Help coordinate and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Present proposals and recommendations to executive sponsors
  • Help build enterprise-wide governance and support for digital initiatives
