Reporting to our Director of Digital Product Management, you will serve as a critical contributor to our digital transformation by maximizing the value of data‑driven digital products. You will translate strategy into execution for agile scrum teams, define and prioritize product work, and guide development from initial launch through continuous delivery. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of business goals, processes, and digital needs to drive product strategy and prioritization. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to refine product strategy, define requirements, and regularly communicate progress. Lead product strategy, roadmap creation, product planning, and life cycle management efforts. Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements for engineering teams. Guide our product engineering team to scope, plan, and deliver work using agile methodologies and best practices. Establish product roadmaps and release plans that align to business outcomes. Monitor business, industry, and technology trends to proactively shape product strategy and propose new solutions. Identify barriers to adoption and develop strategies to maximize product usage. Track product performance and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Proactively identify and resolve blockers, including technical, resourcing, or process challenges. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and financial standards. Drive operational readiness in partnership with IT, including triage, system dependencies, incident response, and stabilization. Lead testing and release validation for the business, including coordination, execution, and post‑release support. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of product management or closely related experience. Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience defining and overseeing software development initiatives and estimating resourcing needs. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including experience using data to inform decisions and solve technical challenges. Strong project management skills to manage simultaneous workstreams and deadlines. Demonstrated skill in relationship building and collaboration across matrixed environments, with strength in prioritization across competing needs. Strategic thinking paired with strong business acumen. Strong experience understanding client and business partner needs and communicating complex technical topics to diverse audiences. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
