Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Director in Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) to lead the digital servicing strategy and execution in support of our Consumer Credit Card products. In this role, the leader will lead a team of digital product managers, product owners, and delivery leads in developing the next generation of digital customer experiences for Wells Fargo credit card customers. The leader will work closely with key partners including line of business, design team (XD), and technology to develop the product vision for digital credit card capabilities. They will drive alignment on the vision and roadmap based on desired customer and business outcomes, translate the vision into an implementable plan, and provide leadership to the cross-functional team to deliver on the plan and continue our digital and mobile evolution.
