Requirements

  • Enrolled in 2 year Community College or Technical program
  • GPA: 3.0 minimum
  • Curiosity about digital products, tech, or user experience.
  • A problem‑solver mindset and excitement for learning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort with organizing information, thinking through details, and asking great questions.
  • Interest in data, storytelling, design thinking, or product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the Consumer Journey Explore how people interact with our digital products and identify ways to make their experience smoother.
  • Help shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing digital features.
  • Look at user feedback, trends, and product data to help the team make smart decisions.
  • Help spot pain points in the customer journey and partner with teams to fix them.
  • Support fast, focused experimentation to test ideas and prove what works.
  • Partner with engineering teams during incidents and help with problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
  • Build and Improve Digital Products Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that guide development.
  • Use tools like databases or APIs to test features and confirm they meet expectations.
  • Help plan and organize weekly work with the team to keep projects on track.
  • Support discovery and brainstorming sessions to define problems, goals, and solutions.
  • Assist with product kickoffs to ensure the team has clear priorities and measurable goals.
  • Track product KPIs and help measure the impact of features and enhancements.
  • Lead or support product demos to show progress to partners and stakeholders.
