Requirements

  • An undergraduate student/ graduate student with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May/June 2027.
  • Area of Study: Technology, IT, Digital or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA is 3.3 or above.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage.
  • Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required.
  • Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently on special projects.
  • Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in Jira.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, technology, and competitor research to identify innovation opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Explore new fintech solutions, digital tools, and industry shifts that could influence future banking capabilities.
  • Help synthesize research findings into insights and recommendations for product and innovation roadmaps.
  • Support customer journey mapping and evaluation of existing experiences, making recommendations to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Research emerging trends and best practices in digital experiences to inspire future journey improvements.
  • Assist with documentation and writing of business requirements, including building epics and user stories in Jira.
  • Support agile product processes across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
  • Contribute to quality assurance by helping test new functionalities developed by product teams.
  • Support ongoing stakeholder relationships, including collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Subject Matter Experts.
  • Analyze user and application data to identify friction points and recommend strategies to improve conversion and engagement.
