About The Position
The Digital Product Analyst is critical in supporting the Digital Transformation and Innovation (DT&I) pod team by translating business needs into actionable requirements, performing ad hoc analysis, and producing progress and outcome communication materials. This role involves gathering, organizing, and interpreting data to help optimize product performance, drive user satisfaction, and ensure alignment with business goals. The Digital Product Analyst works closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that shape the product development lifecycle. DT&I's mission is to bring innovative technology solutions to HCA's clinical and administrative frontline, reshaping healthcare processes to improve patient outcomes, empower clinicians with insights, and drive greater efficiency for all. In this role, you will be responsible for innovating our care team processes and making them more intelligent, impactful, and efficient. In so doing, you will help our clinicians provide the best care possible and have a better experience in their work. It is required that you have clinical experience, preferably within an Emergency Department within a hospital setting.
