  • Monitor and analyze KPIs across digital banking, account opening and other related platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track user engagement, conversion rates, operational efficiency, and system performance.
  • Own and maintain monthly data models used for performance tracking, operational processing and executive reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across internal systems and reporting tools.
  • Conduct research on potential third-party platform integrations to enhance digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to evaluate feasibility, define requirements, and support implementation.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to support platform enhancements and data needs.
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within financial services or digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI).
  • Experience with data modeling is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
