Produces and hosts/co-hosts an on-air radio show that is both entertaining and informative to the listening audience. The Digital Producer for NOVA Studios, the digital content channel for Urban One-Cleveland, is a hands-on media production role responsible for executing high-quality digital creative in support of client campaigns, digital sales initiatives, and station priorities. The top priority of this role is fulfilling digital sales and client media needs, including video production, graphic creation, podcasts recordings and media editing tied directly to sold campaigns and sponsored initiatives. The digital producer, as needed, will support the online editorial efforts for the market. Editorial and original content creation is part of the role and is secondary to client fulfillment and revenue-supporting production.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and digital content creation
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social, digital advertising, and short-form video formats
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work with multiple team members including sales staff and market leadership
  • B.A./B.S. in Journalism, Communications or other relevant field or quantifiable job experience.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience working in Interactive Media.
  • Understands and abides by all content rights of others and liabilities related to libel, plagiarism, and content ownership.
  • Experience supporting advertising campaigns or branded content
  • Studio production or broadcast-adjacent experience

Responsibilities

  • Produce, edit, and deliver client-focused video, graphic, and multimedia assets tied to digital advertising campaigns and sponsored initiatives
  • Support branded content, social ads, OTT/CTV creative, podcast production, and promotional assets across platforms
  • Execute sold campaigns in partnership with the Digital Sales Manager, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality
  • Manage and fulfill Creative Services requests related to digital sales and paid campaigns
  • Support in-studio and on-location productions, including podcast recordings, video shoots, and post-production workflows
  • Prepare and optimize content for multi-platform distribution (web, social, streaming, and on-demand)
  • Maintain studio organization, production readiness, and consistent creative standards under fast-turn timelines
  • Collaborate with Digital, Sales, Programming, and Content teams while following established workflows and asset management standards
