  • Learn how to be a Digital Producer and perform actual production work for clients.
  • Manage SEO and design/development accounts.
  • Assist in reviewing project scopes considering financial, resource, and technological constraints.
  • Attend client meetings and participate in kick-off calls with new clients.
  • Act as a creative liaison between the client and team.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to the team.
  • Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them off to clients.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions.
  • Upsell accounts by making recommendations regarding website design and online marketing strategies.
  • Close out projects and collect final payment.
  • Experience with HTML / CSS (PHP / MySQL preferred).
  • Online marketing experience (SEO / Google Ads preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in complex project management.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with authority.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and positive approach.
  • Ability to explain development processes and technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent writing and speaking ability.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
  • Reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power if working remotely.
