  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7-10 years in process design and implementation required.
  • Strong skills in compliance and risk management.
  • Track record in process innovation and change leadership.
  • Proficiency in using metrics for insightful, data-driven decision-making.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with processes, such as data privacy and security risks.
  • Ensuring that HR process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories are maintained and kept up to date.
  • Experience with diverse teams, cultural sensitivity, and process alignment.
  • Innovative knowledge of digital HR trends and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional in conveying technical insights and fostering consensus.
  • Expertise in data privacy and securing HR data integrity.
