About The Position

The Digital Printing Specialist II at Shaw Industries is responsible for executing print production across various digital printing and finishing equipment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or related equivalent - Required
• Minimum of 2 years working in a print production environment - Preferred
• Pass Munsell Hue Color Discrimination Test - Required
• Customer centricity
• Ability to manage and perform multiple critical tasks simultaneously
• Ability to plan, organize and execute strategically
• Effective communication skills - both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inspect printed materials for quality control, making necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality output
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts as needed
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with management when necessary
• Coordinate and execute all production to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain inventory of supplies and raw materials
• Monitor print production and adjust as necessary to ensure consistent and accurate output
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure that print jobs are completed on time and meet their expectations
• Troubleshoot issues with digital printing equipment and software to identify and resolve problems
