Training will occur on first shift, then transition to 2nd shift. Flexibility with working days and hours is required. 8+ hours per working day excluding breaks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience operating digital printing equipment
- Knowledge of printing processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials
- Monitor print jobs to ensure they are running smoothly and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working order
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and print jobs
- Maintain accurate records of print jobs and materials used
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure deadlines are met
