About The Position
The Digital Printing Press Operator II on the 2nd shift plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining advanced digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience operating digital printing presses or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Nice To Haves
- Certification or formal training in digital printing technology or press operation.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with shift work, particularly 2nd shift.
- Familiarity with color management and print quality control processes.
- Basic computer skills for operating digital press interfaces and logging production data.

Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate digital printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules.
