About The Position

SnugZ USA's is a leader in promotional products and are committed to manufacturing products of the highest quality to meet our customers' needs. We are looking for new associates to join our team! The purpose of this position is to ensure jobs are setup, printed, and cut with the correct quantity and quality. The role involves assisting with Doming and Direct printing, and ensuring all production areas are well maintained and cleaned.

Requirements

• General computer knowledge.
• Experience working in Microsoft; Excel and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in promotional products.
• Graphic Arts/Design.
• Working in Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with digital printing systems, including performing basic mechanical service tasks such as changing printheads, calibrating media settings, and maintaining RIP software settings.
• Familiarity with software such as ONYX, Color Print, or comparable RIP/print queue systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup jobs in print templates.
• Job grouping and scheduling of printer.
• Quality control checking of all jobs setups and printed.
• Print all jobs in an efficient manner.
• Ensure label machine operators have the appropriate amount of work.
• Change media on printer as needed.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Clean and maintain printer.
• Request technical assistance on the printers when maintenance is required.
• Report production numbers to manager daily.
• Adaptability to shift or hour changes.
• Additional duties as assigned.
