About The Position

Vericast is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Printer Operator for their 2nd shift. This role involves mastering digital printing equipment, collaborating with the team to achieve production goals, maintaining communication during shift overlaps to boost plant performance, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized workspace, and upholding quality control standards for precise and perfect prints.

Responsibilities
- Mastering our digital printing equipment like a pro! You’ll be setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly.
- Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
- Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace because safety = success.
- Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect.
- Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day (staying active!).
