About The Position

The Digital Print Operator will be an integral part of the production team in the printing industry, responsible for operating digital printers and ensuring the quality of printed orders. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Familiarity with or capability to learn printing software, such as Egrosoft/Versa Works / In Edit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of scanning, printing processes, and color management principles.
• Attention to detail with excellent follow-through and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printers using specialized software for job processing.
• Conduct regular monitoring of printer output to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Transfer job files to RIP software, ensure accurate print settings, and manage print queues.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure timely completion of printed orders.
