Requirements

  • Willingness to learn digital printing and bindery operations
  • Comfortable working with your hands and around machines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Punctual, team-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with digital printers, finishing equipment, or production work
  • Familiarity with basic computer tools or PDF file handling
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate digital printing equipment (e.g., Xerox, HP Digital Web, Ricoh Toner, Canon)
  • Interpret job tickets and print specifications to ensure accuracy
  • Perform color calibration and routine press maintenance
  • Monitor print quality and adjust settings as needed for optimal results
  • Troubleshoot printing issues with minimal downtime
  • Operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, coil/comb binders, laminators, and booklet makers
  • Perform quality checks throughout the finishing process
  • Package and prepare jobs for shipping or delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area
  • Report equipment malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate production logs and job tracking
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Work with production and customer service teams to ensure timely job completion
  • Cross-train on other equipment or processes as needed
