Overview: Schedule: Monday-Friday (Day Shift) Job Description Summary: Operates and maintains printing and finishing equipment within the NCH Print Shop. Produces quality print products and troubleshoots printing equipment. Job Description: Essential Functions: Operates printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality print materials. Maintains and troubleshoots issues with printing equipment through service calls or routine preventative maintenance. Interacts with customers to provide best production options and on-time delivery. Ensures printed materials meet quality standards and evaluates business processes for areas needing improvement. Maintains and reports accurate records of print jobs. Manages Print Shop inventory and supplies. Education Requirement: High school graduate, required. Technical college coursework, preferred. Licensure Requirement: (not specified) Certifications: Technical certification, preferred. Skills: Ability to learn and utilize computer software to perform requested work assignments and projects. Basic understanding of mechanical equipment. Effective word processing, database management, spreadsheet, and other related computer skills Organizational, planning, documentation, and time management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Experience: Two years of printing experience, preferred. Experience in a health care setting, preferred.
