As a digital print associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by printing, finishing and packaging digital print orders and blue box marketing pieces per order specifications.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic working knowledge of production art, digital decorating and terminology.
Demonstrated understanding of Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator as well as RIP software.
Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
Process and fulfill digital orders, including banners, patches, heat transfers, and marketing materials, using various printing and finishing techniques.
Operate and maintain digital printers, wide-format printers, laser engravers, plotter cutters, banner welders, Xerox printers, and heat presses.
Prepare and verify artwork for printing and engraving using Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and RIP software, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Select appropriate imprint methods based on artwork, quantity, and fabric type to produce high-quality decorated apparel.
Perform pre-press setup, cutting, masking, folding, and packaging of printed materials as directed.
Coordinate workflow from order receipt to production completion, meeting customer deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Assist with mailing, labeling, and marketing material preparation, including proofreading and quality checks.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members, troubleshooting production issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Order outsourced transfers and manage communication with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
