About The Position

TPI is currently seeking a full-time 2nd shift Digital Operator to work on-site in Pennsauken, NJ. Position Summary: The Digital Press Operator manages the operation of digital press machines to print direct mail products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Responsibilities include efficient setup, machine stocking, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and adhering to strict quality control standards.

Requirements

• History of performing well under pressure.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Individual should be mechanically inclined and possess problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and comprehension skills both written and verbal.
• Team and goal oriented.
• Must be very detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Experience running digital presses in a time sensitive printing and production environment.
• Traditional press room experience a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate digital presses.
• Stock machines, troubleshoot, and perform light maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Monitor operations of presses and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect and examine printed products for clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.
• Follow strict quality control measures and pay close attention to detail.
• Stock presses by liftting and loading paper and remove finished product from press.
• Operate pallet jacks to transport paper stock to staging areas as needed.
