Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital PM Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. Duties: Build and manage digital products on Citi's customer facing website and mobile applications utilizing the Agile Software development lifecycle (SDLC) for performing business and information analysis. Rely on usability studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for the platform. Identify innovations and lead “test and learn” experiments to create platform products that increase customer value of the platform product, using Adobe Test and Target. Leverage data analysis skills and tools including Adobe Analytics to research difficult or ambiguous problems, leading cross-disciplinary teams where necessary and communicating recommendations to senior leadership. Participate in customer research with business team to gain end-ton-end real-world understanding of customer needs and value. Engage with business stakeholders to identify key platform issues and analyze feedback on platform product roadmap using JIRA, Confluence. Identify and own the risk of launching the new product features. Work with control partners to define risk mitigation strategy as per the delivery framework. Represent Citi with external stakeholders during strategic roadmap discussions and for any escalations. Ensure the product adheres to relevant financial regulations and industry standards and evaluate and manage the risk associated with the product. Work with cross-functional teams to create and launch the product using cloud-based technology and Micro services adhering to object-oriented programming. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
