As a Digital Platform Specialist, you will perform foundational digital platform operations with increasing independence, supporting platform advocacy, analysis, user assistance, integrations, and vendor management activities. You will also ensure compliance with internal control functions while contributing to innovation initiatives through research and testing activities.

  • Executing routine platform maintenance and monitoring tasks to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Assisting with platform analysis by collecting data, generating reports, and identifying basic trends.
  • Providing first-level support for platform users by troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex problems.
  • Supporting integration projects by performing testing, documentation, and validation activities.
  • Maintaining vendor relationships by coordinating routine communications and tracking deliverables.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal control functions by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Participating in innovation research by conducting literature reviews and feasibility assessments.
  • Documenting processes and procedures to maintain knowledge base and support team operations.
  • Contributing to platform advocacy initiatives by preparing materials and supporting stakeholder communications.
  • Assisting with platform evaluations by gathering requirements and conducting basic assessments.
  • Implementing AI tools and processes to improve efficiency and support automated workflows.
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 1 - 3+ Years experience in marketing, sales, and/or technology management directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role (Required)
